Initial Consultation & Commitment

To ensure a focused and efficient start to our collaboration, we charge a one-time upfront commitment fee of $50 for first-time clients, on their first order only.

This fee covers the initial time and effort involved in searching for and communicating with suppliers, researching suitable options, finding and comparing prices, and getting your sourcing project underway.

Once the fee is received, we'll begin working on your project and keep you updated throughout the sourcing process. This ensures we're both aligned and committed to moving forward.

If you decide not to proceed with your order immediately, you can return when you're ready without paying another commitment fee. You will also not be required to pay a commitment fee when you place another order in the future.

Please note: the $50 commitment fee is non-refundable once the initial consultation has been conducted.

Sourcing Service Fee

Our sourcing service fee is 10% of the total purchase cost, excluding shipping.

For example, if your total product purchase is $2,000, the sourcing service fee would be $200.

Shipping & Pre-Shipping Costs

If we're sourcing your products, we can also coordinate the shipping process through the freight forwarding company we partner with, unless you already have a freight forwarder you'd prefer to use.

Shipping fees are paid separately to the freight forwarding company. They also handle customs clearance at the destination port or airport.

Shipping costs depend on the weight, volume, type of goods and method of transportation (air or sea).

Additional costs may apply before your goods are shipped, depending on your order. These can include repackaging, consolidation and domestic delivery to the shipping warehouse.

For example, when goods from multiple suppliers need to be consolidated, some smaller orders may first be delivered to our local receiving address. Once everything has arrived, we consolidate and prepare the shipment before sending it to the main freight warehouse.

These costs are separate from the 10% sourcing service fee and are communicated to you as they arise.

Sourcing That Requires Travel

Some products may require in-person sourcing in another city or region of China.

If your project requires travel outside our current location, the client is responsible for the associated transportation and accommodation costs, as well as a 700 Chinese Yuan daily sourcing rate.

The daily sourcing rate covers our time, local transportation and meals while conducting the sourcing trip.

All travel arrangements and associated expenses will be discussed and approved with you before the trip.
