Shipping Categories & Rates (South Sudan)

Air freight — normal goods: clothing, shoes, bags, accessories, home decor, stationery, toys, and other ordinary consumer goods. $15/kg, 4-7 days.

Air freight — sensitive goods: electronics, batteries, liquids, cosmetics, magnets, powders, certain branded/restricted goods. $18/kg, 5-10 days.

Sea freight: $480 per cubic metre. Sea transit: 45-60 days.

Consolidation & Repackaging (optional)

If you've purchased from multiple suppliers, we can consolidate your goods into fewer, more efficiently packaged shipments.

¥100 per finished package (approximately 0.5 CBM).

Domestic transportation to the freight warehouse and packaging materials are charged separately where applicable.

Quality Inspection (optional)

Optional basic quality check before your goods leave China. From ¥100 per inspection session.

Basic checks can include quantity, product/model, size or colour where applicable, visible defects or damage, packaging condition, and photos/videos of the inspection.

Detailed or extensive inspections are quoted based on the order and inspection requirements.

Payment & Collection

Shipping fees must be paid in full before your goods are shipped. The quoted shipping fee includes customs clearance at the destination.

Once your goods arrive in Juba, you will be notified to collect them from the designated pickup point.

Shipping Timeline

The waiting period before departure depends on how quickly the container reaches the required capacity after your goods arrive at the warehouse. Your total waiting time can therefore be longer than the 4-10 day (air) or 45-60 day (sea) transit periods alone.

Typical flow: goods arrive at our warehouse, then wait for container filling, then the vessel or flight departs from China, then transit (4-10 days air / 45-60 days sea), then collection in Juba.

All timelines are estimated transit times and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by airlines, shipping lines, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping charges depend on the applicable chargeable weight, volume, shipping category and destination.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate product and shipment information. Some goods may require special handling or may not be eligible for certain shipping methods.

Domestic transportation, packaging materials, special handling and other services requested by the client are charged separately where applicable.

Once goods are handed over to the freight forwarder, delays or issues during international transportation are subject to the freight forwarder's procedures and terms.

In addition to Juba, we can arrange delivery to select destinations across East Africa. Rates and transit times for these destinations vary by location — contact us for a quote.
